  • I don't recall the last time I have replaced my pillow. How do I know if I need a new one?

    Experts recommend replacing your pillow every one to three years — but we understand that it’s not always the case! If your head doesn’t feel supported, you need a new pillow. Indications could be stiff neck or tired shoulders after a night’s sleep. No matter what position you lie in, the pillow should be supporting your head fully and its thickness should keep your head in a straight aligned position. For better hygiene, we do recommend to change your pillow(s) often if you are a drooler or if you sweat a lot during sleep.

  • Will my pillowcase fit the pillow?

    Our pillows fit most standard pillowcases in the market. However, in case of any doubt, we do recommend measuring your current pillowcase prior to making your purchase.

  • How big is the packaging box?

    The dimension of the packaging box is 68 (L) x 41 (W) x 16 (H) cm.

  • Can I reuse the packaging box?

    Yes! In line with our commitment to sustainability, our packaging box is designed to be re-used in several ways. Our packaging box is the ideal size for use as a wardrobe or under-bed organizer, or as a gift box. Simply label or write your intended messages on the text box printed on the packaging, and you’re all set! 🙂

    While a good pillow provides the right comfort for a supported sleep, a calm mind is important for a restful sleep. We’ve specially designed our printed box design as a colouring canvas to help you destress. Simply choose your preferred colouring tools and let your creativity shine! 🙂

    We do recommend to please recycle our packaging if not in use. Thank you for doing your part for our environment.

  • How does the 30 day trial work?

    We offer a 30-night trial for all of our pillows. This means you can try the pillow for 30 nights in your own home before deciding if you’re happy with your purchase. The trial period starts from the delivery date of your pillow. Our 30-night trial is limited to a one-time return or exchange of up to two (2) pillows per customer / household. If you order a new pillow after having returned pillows before, the 30-night trial will not apply on your next pillow order / exchanged pillow. This applies to all new orders from the same customer or delivery address. Customers may be identified by customer name, delivery address, phone number, email address, or other means.

  • Do you allow exchanges?

    Yes, exchange of goods are allowed if conditions are met under our Warranty Policy.

  • How do I return my pillow?

    If you are not fully satisfied with your pillow within the 30-night trial period, please contact us prior to arranging for a return. Kindly send a return request to hello@new.comfort.co.com. To be eligible for a return, we humbly request that you first try your new pillow for at least 14 days before submitting a return request, as it can take some time for you to adjust to a new pillow.

    Once a return is confirmed, you may arrange to drop off the pillow to us at the address: Comfort Co Return – Winplus Marketing Sdn Bhd, 18, Jalan BRP 9/1B, Putra Industrial Park, Bukit Rahman Putra, 47000 Selangor, Malaysia. All returned goods must reach our return address (either via self drop-off or delivery company) within 10 days from return confirmation date. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.

  • Do I need to keep the packaging for returns?

    Pillows must be returned wrapped in the original packaging or any suitable packaging that can protect it from moisture, dirt and damages. All returned pillows must be in a good condition, without any damages or stains, otherwise, we reserve the right to decline or forfeit any refunds or exchanges.

  • Is a return free?

    An administration fee of RM10 per item will be incurred and deducted from the refund amount. Any applicable return shipping cost is to be borne fully by the customer.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

    A full refund (after the deduction of the administrative fee of RM10) will be issued once the returned pillow has been received and verified. Refund transfer takes 3-5 working days to process.

  • What does the 1 year warranty cover?

    Our 1 Year Manufacturing Warranty covers the following defects in materials and workmanship of a Comfort Co. pillow that has only been under normal usage and proper care. The Warranty Period commences 14 days from date of purchase.
    1. Defects of a structural or manufacturing nature, including structural flaws in the pillow causing the foam materials to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
    2. Deterioration which causes the pillow to have a visible indentation or sag greater than 2cm when no weight is applied onto the pillow.
    3. Side stitching coming apart.

    This Warranty does not cover:
    • Individual comfort preferences such a firmness, texture and feel.
    • Physical abuse and improper use such as a prolonged bending or folding, sitting, standing or jumping on the pillow resulting in damage to its structure and / or cover material, including but not limited to cuts, tears, stains, soiling.
    • Deformity or damage to the pillow caused by improper washing, drying or high temperature treatment.
    • Abnormal or non domestic use of the pillow.
    • Minor manufacturing discrepancies or cosmetic flaws.
    • Pillow dimensions within the accepted tolerance of +/- 1cm on the quoted size.
    • Usage outside Malaysia.
    • Pillows unboxed or unwrapped after 1 month from the delivery date.

  • How long does it take for my pillow to arrive?

    All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon verification of payment, actual delivery will take 3-5 working days depending on your location. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Malaysia). Delivery time is subject to our third-party delivery partner’s and cannot be scheduled.

    Delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our third-party delivery partner, and not the Company. Our third-party delivery partner will usually contact customers after their purchase to arrange the delivery but this is wholly subject to them, and not the Company. The delivery time frame may be longer during peak sales seasons such as and not limited to Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Year, and more due to the high demand received by our third-party delivery partner. We will try our best to deliver within our normal delivery time frame; however, as the deliveries are made by a third-party delivery partner, we do not take any responsibility for any late delivery cases during high sales seasons.

  • Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

    Our third-party delivery partner will usually contact customers to arrange the delivery but this is wholly subject to their arrangements.

  • Can I choose a specific delivery date and time?

    Delivery dates and times are entirely subject to availability and scheduling by our third-party delivery partner, and cannot be scheduled.

  • Is the shipping free for Malaysia?

    Shipping is free for all locations in Peninsula Malaysia.
    For shipping to locations in East Malaysia, we will partially subsidize the shipping fee, with the balance to be borne by customers. The shipping fee will be displayed when you check-out.

  • Do you ship to East Malaysia?

    Yes, we ship to Sabah and Sarawak. For shipping to locations in East Malaysia, we will partially subsidize the shipping fee, with the balance to be borne by customers. The shipping fee will be displayed when you check-out.
